Detailed programme of the “3 Valleys” excursion
9:30 am: Departure from Riad Hermès in Marrakech.
10:30 am: Arrival on the Kik Plateau and discovery of Lake Lalla Takerkoust.
Water or motorised activities available (at extra cost).
11:30 am: Discovery of the Asni-Tahnaout valley.
Spectacular scenery: mountains, rivers and traditional Berber villages.
1 pm: Arrival in the Ourika Valley.
Visit an authentic Berber house to discover the traditional way of life.
Visit an organic argan oil cooperative (please allow for a tip).
1 pm: Lunch at your leisure in an idyllic riverside setting (set menu around 120 Dh per person).
2 pm: Walk to the first of the famous 7 waterfalls of Ourika.
A picturesque mountain path, with wild monkeys and local craftspeople along the way.
Duration: around 1 hour there and back.
3 pm: Option to continue to the 2nd and then the 3rd waterfall, as you wish (allow around 30 minutes per additional waterfall; guide at extra cost, 200 Dh up to the 2nd waterfall).
4:30 pm: Departure for the return journey to Riad Hermès in Marrakech.
